ABOUT OUR CLUB
Nailsea and District Model Railway Club has now been formed for over 30 years. Although our name refers to Nailsea, we are actually in Clevedon, meeting weekly at the Clevedon Craft Centre, and holding our annual Exhibition at the Princes Hall in Clevedon.
We serve the whole of North Somerset, but also have members from the south of Bristol, and east, from parts of Somerset. The main towns served by our Club are Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea, Yatton, Backwell, and Weston-super-Mare.
We have much experience in Railway Modelling, and welcome new Members who may bring their own particular expertise, and those who want to learn more about the hobby. There are s Sections, details of which are given in the table below. Access Sections directly, without returning to this “Home” page, by using site Navigation Wheels on the station drawing - like the one above! Each Section consists of several pages of information which are accessed from a menu on each Section Index page. Selecting Section pages has now be made much easier by the introduction of a Navigation bar, below our club logo wheel. As you browse the site - make our wheel rotate, operate a signal, and find a High Speed Train!
